Our Animated Fourth Graders: The Magnet Men
Click Me! The students in class 4-419 have been very busy in the computer lab for the past few months, planning, writing, designing and animating original stop-motion films. They worked very hard at coming up with teaching points, writing scripts, drawing backgrounds and creating original clipart character and props to animate. We used Tech4Learnings Twist, Pixie and Frames software to accomplish our goal.
We are ready to debut their efforts for your enjoyment (and education). Our first entry in the PS 233 Animation Festival is “Magnet Men,” by Alicia and Aliyah. Here’s a brief reflection on the project by Aliyah and Alicia:
“I loved working on my project. My partner was Alicia. Our project name was called ‘Magnet Men’. I liked it because I like magnets and I think it is very cool. We made the animation to make science a lot more fun for people. We put a lot of effort into the animation. Ms. Phillips talked to us about how she showed them to 3rd graders and they liked them . I hope you like it too.”
“I loved working on my project. My partner was Aliyah. Our project name was called ‘Magnet Men’.I liked it beacause I got to do different things like drawing the backrounds, record the voices, find the information, and I got to draw the script. Even though my partner and I had to put effort into our project, I still had fun. fun.I think this project will help kids to learn more about science

I liked your video. You should make more but I think the people should move a little bit faste, also you should try to match the words with the animations mouth and try to make them walk as they move.I bet other people liked your video.
